By accessing or using PVRPOSE AI Coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Coaching Services

PVRPOSE AI Coaching provides transformation coaching services including but not limited to:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Discovery calls
• Assessment and evaluation tools
• Personalized transformation programs

3. Booking and Cancellation

When booking a session:

• Sessions must be booked through our official booking system
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours notice
• Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited
• Rescheduling is available with reasonable notice

4. Payment Terms

Payment for coaching packages is due as specified at the time of purchase. Discovery calls are complimentary. Refund policies are discussed during the enrollment process and vary by program type.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We do not share your personal information or session content with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitations of Coaching

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While our coaching is designed to support your personal and professional growth, it is not a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing mental health challenges, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, methodologies, and materials provided through PVRPOSE AI Coaching are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. The Voice-Vision-Vibe framework and related materials may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PVRPOSE AI Coaching provides services on an "as is" basis. While we strive to deliver exceptional value, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Your results depend on your commitment, effort, and individual circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
